Refund Policy

All sales are final. As each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, change of mind, or incorrect address input. 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. 

We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. 

Please be sure to note Otterspace is not responsible for any subsequent import fees that may come up with international orders.

As each order placed is made-to-order we do not offer returns.
